A Shielding Paint for Rooms and Buildings

Shielding paint for shielding high-frequency radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (LF).  Special shielding paint with the focus on maximum shielding, if every single dB counts.  Limitations at hardness and abrasion resistance. Breathable, solvent-free, plasticizer-free and low-emission.  With phenomenal physical and chemical properties, along with high ecology.

At 1 GHz: Single layer 40 dB | Double layer 48 dB | Three layer 54 dB

Underground

Excellent adhesion on almost all substrates interior and exterior.

Top coating

Preferably covered with plastic bonded water-based emulsion paints, dispersion silicate paints, facade paints or silicon resin paints.

Grounding

Must be grounded! For interior, we recommend the grounding strap GSX plus grounding plate GS, for exterior the fiber additive AF3 plus the grounding plate GF.

Frost resistance

This product is frost resistant (proved for 5 frost-/thaw cycles) and can be shipped throughout the year by air cargo or ship.

Water, natural graphite, pure acrylic dispersion, carbon black, additives, preservative (BIT, INN, MIT).

Ready for 5G

As we keep developing our paints, they now have an almost linear shielding attenuation for a very large frequency range. This frequency range has included both 5G frequency spectrums for quite some time: FR1 (600 MHz - 6 GHz) and FR2 (24 GHz - 40 GHz).

Safety up to 40 GHz

We have a professional EMC-laboratory according to various standards up to 40 GHz on site, which is operated by long-time experienced staff.  You’ll receive measuring curves and reports from 40/600 MHz - 40 GHz with all our shielding products.

No nanotechnology

Our shielding paints are developed in accordance with strict ecological criteria.  We use, for example, the carbon black with the lowest emission possible on the market and untreated natural graphite.  We consciously do not use graphene, a nanomaterial where the hazard potential is still completely unknown.

Did 3 coats on the sheathing of a 12x16' building. Caulked gaps, two coats of acrylic primer, one coat of this, applied grounding tape around perimeter (vertical as well) with two grounding plates running to a dedicated rod, then two more coats of this followed by a topcoat before tyvek. Did the same for the underside of roof sheathing. Completely blocks cell signal, neighbors wifi and wifi cam ~10 feet away. My tweeters produce 112db with 1 watt and use an active crossover, which makes electrically noisy environments hissy as the smallest interference is extremely audible.

It works, but don't make the mistake I did.

As long as you follow strict protocols and don't cut corners to save money it works.
