Rarely do I get headaches, even when ill or dehydrated. I developed a moderate headache, as stated- rare for me- that persisted every day for 2 weeks. Then I came upon the information that two bands of 5G had been activated in my area. The first day of my perpetual headache coincided with the first day of activation those two bands of 5G (I keep a personal health journal to track trends and ruled out anything else that could have been the cause). After part of one day wearing EMR Shielding Solutions' EMF Protecting Cap, the headache diminished. By the third day the headache was completely gone.

In addition to the effective shielding of this cap, I like the design of this cap in three specific ways-

1) Incremental sizes- there is a great range of incremental sizes offered for precise fit. I have a smaller head and the size I ordered using the measurements provided fits perfectly.

2) More importantly and why I chose this specific cap- the incremental sizing means no need for an opening at the back of the hat for an adjustment strap, and therefore solid construction and protection all around the hat. Most shielding hats have an adjustment strap opening, which if you think about- is literally a hole in the EMF shielding.

Thoughtfully, this cap is designed solidly all the way around, no openings. The solid design offers consistent shielding all around the hat, including the back.

3) The outside fabric has a really nice sheen. This allows me to incorporate it into more situations in my life where I can wear it longer, including some professional settings. Plus it just looks cool.

This hat is a really quality product and smart design. I'm so glad I found it and bought it.
